Theresa Mckeown
Veteran production executive, Theresa McKeown, moved to Los Angeles in the 1980's with a BA in telecommunications and film, determined to take the city by storm. By anyone's accounting, she landed on her feet, first working for Norman Lear, and then George Carlin and his wife, Brenda. She eventually made the leap from working with successful people to being successful herself.
In short order Theresa got a job working on "Inside Edition," quickly becoming its LA Director of Operations. After nine seasons of "Inside Edition" overseeing the business end of a daily news magazine show, she formed her own production company, Dalaklis McKeown Entertainment. During the next ten years she managed the financial and operational side of her company where they produced hundreds of hours of television.
After decades of overseeing the administration of one very busy production company, she pivoted to managing a handful of dynamic and diverse businesses at Szabo Accountancy Corporation. In 2019 she stepped away to executive produce a series for Discovery ID, "Joe Exotic: Tigers, Lies and Cover-up", before returning to Szabo Accountancy to continue what she enjoys most - business management.
